The Road to the Bridge is currently open.

For the past several days Econfina has been working on the road that leads to the one and only bridge, this bridge connects multiple lots in Twin Rivers. The road prior to the bridge has washed out and EMERGENCY repairs are currently being performed.

No one is allowed to travel on the portion of road  being repaired until the work is done and its safe to travel on it, the road is not safe. I will keep you posted when the work is done and its safe to travel.

Econfiina has started cleaning out the culverts south of the bridge and to the rear gate. The culverts are being cleaned out on both sides of the main road, they are also building up the road. The reason for the construction is because the road was being eroded do to the excess of standing water along side of the road. The clean out has left significant barrier from the road to each lot which requires a driveway to be installed between the road and your lots.

The effort is to improve the collection of standing water and to build up the roads, this will establish a firm foundation in an effort to prevent pot holes and erosion. 

We have been maintaining the common grounds of the association and they should be done with the mowing of the road in the next couple of days, attached are several pictures, more to come.

We would like to thank the President and the Board of Econfina for all of their hard work in maintaining the common grounds, gates, security cameras, modern gate entry system, roads etc..

We eventually will have to contribute to the repairs and maintenance that Econfina has provided for our community / association.

It is our understanding that Econfina is proposing building a home on one of the acquired lot, this news came after many years of the association not growing, they believe that by taking a first step in building a home on the site will bring up the property value for both communities.

1. All members (owners) of the association are entitled to run for a position on the Board of Directors, with the exception of those who are delinquent in association assessments or have been convicted of a felony within the past 5 years.
